Your submission of an inquiry or request for quote does not constitute a binding order. A binding order is established only upon DURALUX LLC's written acceptance of a purchase order, subject to terms mutually agreed upon in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current drawings, specifications, and technical requirements. DURALUX LLC manufactures to the specifications and drawings provided by the customer. We are not liable for defects, non-conformances, or errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer-supplied specifications.
Lead times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. DURALUX LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by material shortages, supplier delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Program Description: By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from DURALUX LLC, including manufacturing offers, updates, and promotional information, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates apply. DURALUX LLC is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

Payment terms are established in individual purchase orders or contracts. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due net 30 days from invoice date. DURALUX LLC reserves the right to require a deposit or prepayment for new customers or orders exceeding certain thresholds. Past-due invoices are subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month.
DURALUX LLC warrants that manufactured parts will conform to the drawings and specifications provided by the customer at the time of order. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from customer-supplied specifications, improper use, modification, or handling after delivery.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DURALUX LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF DURALUX LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DURALUX LLC IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
